Our product is a unique mental health journal featuring plantable pages. Whenever you experience a strong emotion—be it happiness, sadness, or anger—you can capture your thoughts and feelings by writing them down on one of the pages. The pages are different colours and are seeded with different plants based on the emotion you choose. Once you've finished writing, simply remove the page from the journal and plant it in soil. Each page is embedded with seeds, allowing you to nurture a flower as a tangible symbol of your emotion and personal growth.
