POW Self Defence

At POW, our mission is to empower young women by spreading awareness and educating girls, teaching them to have the practical skills and confidence to protect themselves in challenging situations. We wish to create an accessible and easily understood hub of information and tips that is inclusive and supportive for all. Our POW Trump Cards inform people about the importance of self defence and highlight issues surrounding gender-based violence, providing skills and knowledge in a fun yet accessible way. We aim to educate young women using easy and effective self defence methods through our website and social media platforms.
