Your Bloomi Lite should be sent within 3-5 business days of your order being placed, stock dependent. If this is not possible for any reason, we will contact you to let you know - refunds are possible for this reason and this reason only.
For deliveries, our business used InPost, so your Bloomi Lite will be delivered to a nearby locker - contact us via email if you have a specific request for a certain locker location.
